Jim is the Co-Founder of Encore IT Consulting Partners. A Senior IT leader with 30+ years experience, he has a proven track record at fusing next-generation technology, such as public cloud, O365, and IaaS with commercial solutions to meet the most aggressive and challenging M&A requirements.  

Jim recently served as Program Manager for the IT Infrastructure and Security carve-out of Siemens Energy (€30B) from Siemens AG (€100B+). His project budget
was €72M with a 15 month timeline to meet all Day 1 objectives. Overall, he has led close to 20 M&A projects over the past 15 years.

Finally, Jim has a diverse background having delivered business solutions across Aerospace, Energy, Oil/Gas, US Government, and Department of Defense sectors. His leadership roles include the following IT disciplines:
